Our Story
After being caught in the cycle of insomnia and burnout, Leya experienced firsthand the effects of poor sleep; the struggle to get through the workday, the dips in focus, mood, and energy.
Like so many others, she tried to make up for lost rest with naps during the day, but found that typical eye masks were too tight, slipped off, let light in, and left her with bed hair and face creases.
None of it felt luxurious or effective and she believed there had to be a better solution.
That belief sparked the beginning of Silk The Label.
Co-founded in Brisbane with her partner, Matt, the brand was created with a clear mission: to elevate the everyday sleep experience, blend function and elegance, and to feel just as good as it looks.
